FAQ

Do you ship to my country?

Yes! Our products are custom printed per order by local suppliers in your region (the customer) which ship to over 130 countries. Shipping costs may vary depending on location.

What are the eco-friendly features?

We chose the production partner with the most advanced sustainability features. Products are made and printed local to the customer (reducing shipping miles. Wood and paper is FSC certified. Hoodies and T-shirts are made from organic cotton. Packaging is made from recycled paper. See more environmental features and reports here.

How many days will it take to reach me?

Products take about 3 days to print. For US, Europe, UK, Australia, and most countries, shipping takes between 3 and 8 days. Standard US shipping is 5 - 8 days Express shipping is 3 - 5 days.

Who creates the artwork?

All artwork is created by Katie Patrick using MidJourney AI and Photoshop.

Can you make a custom image for me?

Possibly! Click on the "Custom Art" tab to see options to purchase. Reach out to Katie on kp{at}ecopia.us or in the chat window to discuss your needs.

Can I return it if I don't like it?

If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products your customer received get in touch within 21 days of receiving the item and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution. 

We'd much rather fix any problems and send a replacement order to make sure your customers are happy with their orders.  If that's not possible or your customers can't wait for a new order to arrive, please indicate that when you reach out to us and we'll give you a refund.
